Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
DEPOSITS
All deposits are nonrefundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hoursโ notice, and the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will result in the loss of the deposit.
SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
LATE ARRIVALS
A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be canceled and will be treated as a same-day cancellation, including applicable fees.
AFTERPAY
A 6% processing fee applies to all Afterpay transactions.
